JUNIOR CLINIC POLICIES

MAKEUPS - makeups are granted with at least 48 hours notice. 4 makeups per 15 week session are guaranteed. Additional makeups are granted based on availability and director’s discretion

PAYMENT - if a payment plan is selected, a credit card MUST be left on file. Otherwise, payment must be made in full before the start of session. Please review our Privacy Policy as we ensure all of your information is secure

INJURY - if a player is injured for 3-6 weeks, with communication from a doctor, classes missed will be credited towards their Hastings account. If the injury leaves player out for more than 6 weeks, they will be refunded for remaining classes and their spot in the class will be opened up

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS - Tennis Club of Hastings reserves the right to take photos and videos of players and use them for promotional use.
